Ingredients For balsamic glazed vegetables

1 1/2-2 lbyour choice of the following, or any combination

carrot, cut in to 1-2 inch pieces

brussel sprouts
-
broccoli florets
-
cauliflower, small florets

zucchini
-
yellow squash
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/2 cbalsamic vinegar

1 Tbspvegan margarine
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make balsamic glazed vegetables

1place veggies in a pan with water and vinegar. Bring to a boil and cover. reduce heat to medium and cook 10 minutes. Remove lid and increase heat, to allow water and vinegar to reduce and glaze the veggies, about 5-7 minutes.

2When glazed to a sweet, rich brown color, add vegan margarine to coat veggies lightly. season with salt and pepper, and serve.
