another favorite from my grandma's kitchen. when i was growing up this dish always appeared on the Thanksgiving and Christmas table.

Ingredients For baked vegetable casserole

2 (15 OZ) canmixed vegetables, drained

1 canfinely cut water chestnuts, drained

1 smonion, chopped

3/4 cmayonnaise

2 ccheddar cheese, grated

1 stickbutter (for topping)

1roll ritz crackers, crushed (for topping)
How To Make baked vegetable casserole

1make topping of crackers and butter and set aside. mix nthe first five ingredients and place in casserole dish. sprinkle topping on casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
