another favorite from my grandma's kitchen. when i was growing up this dish always appeared on the Thanksgiving and Christmas table.

Ingredients For baked vegetable casserole

  • 2 (15 OZ) can
    mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 can
    finely cut water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 stick
    butter (for topping)
  • 1
    roll ritz crackers, crushed (for topping)

How To Make baked vegetable casserole

  • 1
    make topping of crackers and butter and set aside. mix nthe first five ingredients and place in casserole dish. sprinkle topping on casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
