Ingredients For baked tomatoes

  • 6 md
    fresh tomatoes, cut in half
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • dried oregano
  • dots of butter

How To Make baked tomatoes

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Cover cookie sheet (with sides) with heavy duty foil for easy clean up.
    Spray foil with non stick spray.

    Place tomato halves on greased cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle each half with bread crumbs, cheese, oregano, and more bread crumbs and dot with butter.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
