This is one of my most requested potluck recipes. Even those who say they don't like sauerkraut enjoy this!

Ingredients For baked sauerkraut

2-1/2 cshredded sauerkraut, drained

2 cstewed tomatoes, chopped

1 mdonion, chopped

4 slicebacon
-
1 cbrown sugar
How To Make baked sauerkraut

1Fry bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside. In bacon drippings, saute onion until transparent.

2Combine all ingredients in baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
