I don't eat much meat so when I do cook it, I sometimes will eat just the side vegetable dishes. This is one that I enjoy. It fills me up just fine and tastes good to me.

Ingredients For baked pototoes w/chicken brown gravy & peas

6washed potatoes of choice

sea or kosher salt to taste
-
black pepper to taste
-
1 pkgfrozen peas
-
butter to taste

1/2 cchicken brown gravy
How To Make baked pototoes w/chicken brown gravy & peas

1Wash the potatoes and place in pre-heated oven which is set at 350 degrees. Set timer to 55 minutes.

2When done, I just cut up the potatoes, mix it with some butter to taste, add the salt and pepper. Top with some chicken brown gravy.
