  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, fresh
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt & pepper
  • 4 tsp
    olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make baked parmesan tomatoes

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

    Slice off both top & bottom of tomato, then cut tomato in half.

    Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet.

    Top with parmesan, oregano, salt & pepper.

    Drizzle with oil & bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
