Ingredients For baked creamy onions

  • 8 lg
    onions, peeled, cut in 1/2.
  • 1-3/4 c
    lower-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    light cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How To Make baked creamy onions

  • 1
    Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place onions, cut side up in baking dish.

    Drizzle onions w/ oil. Sprinkle w/ rosemary, salt and pepper. In bowl, whisk together cream and flour until smooth. Pour over onions. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg. Bake 25 mins, or until top is golden.
