Ingredients For baked corn casserole

  • 3 can
    whole kernal corn
  • 1
    sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 stick
    butter

How To Make baked corn casserole

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except butter.
  • 2
    Pour into a greased casserole dish. Salt and pepper top. Dot top with butter.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes, or until golden and there is no jiggle in the middle and a knife comes out clean.
