This is one of my most requested recipes!!! I personally like it better then next day when it is cold!!But that's just me!!

Ingredients For baked corn

  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 2 can
    green chilis
  • 2 can
    whole kernel corn or 1 pkg frozen
  • 4 oz
    shredded cheddar
  • 4 oz
    pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 pinch
    black pepper

How To Make baked corn

  • 1
    Beat eggs with sour cream, add green chiles,corn(drained), black pepper and 1/2 bag of shredded cheddar (depending on your tastes, add 1/2 of pepper jack cheese or the entire bag). Pour into casserole dish 8 x 11 and top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for @ 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
