Ingredients For baked corn

3 Tbspbutter or margarine

3 Tbspflour, all purpose or self-rising

2 cmilk

16 ozfrozen corn, thawed

1 tspsalt

1/8 tspblack pepper

2 Tbspgranulated sugar

3eggs, beaten
How To Make baked corn

1Preheat oven to 375. In a saucepan, melt butter; sprinkle in flour and stir well. Gradually add milk and bring to the boiling point but do not boil.

2Add in the thawed corn, salt, pepper and sugar. Heat thoroughly then remove from heat.

3Temper eggs then add to mixture. Pour into a 2 quart buttered baking dish and bake @375 for approximately 35 minutes.
