Ingredients For bacon braised brussel sprouts (pressure cooker)

1/2 cdiced bacon, uncooked

1 lbbrussel sprouts, trimmed and halved

1 Tbspdijon mustard
-
1 cchicken or vegetable broth
-
2 Tbspfresh chopped dill (or to taste)

1 Tbspbutter

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make bacon braised brussel sprouts (pressure cooker)

1Place a pressure cooker on medium high heat, add the bacon. Cook stirring for 2 minutes then add the Brussels sprouts.

2Add the mustard and chicken broth then close and lock lid. Bring to pressure on high heat. Cook for 4 minutes on high.

3Release pressure using cold water method. (Run cold tap water over lid until pressure is released).

4Uncover and place on medium heat, add the dill, butter and season with salt and pepper. Serve.
