    10.5 oz. can low-fat chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 jar
    10-oz. jar red jalapeno pepper jelly (or your choice)

    Combine chicken broth and carrots in a skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring often, until they are crisp-tender and broth is reduced to 1/4 cup.
