Another farm fresh recipe from my Grandmother Delleplain. Back in the 30's and 40's food was much healther and almost everything was home grown .

Ingredients For babed summer squash with tomatoes

2 lbsummer squash
-
3large tomatoes sliced

2medium onion sliced
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make babed summer squash with tomatoes

1Wash squash and cut into halfs, remove the seeds and place the squash in a greased baking dish.

2Cover with tomatoes, and onion slices sprinkle with salt and pepper, and dot with butter.

3Cover with foil and bake in over at 350 for 45 minutes.
