Ingredients For avocado fries

1/4 cflour

1 tspkosher salt

2 lgeggs, beaten

1 1/4 citalian style panko crumbs

2firm-ripe medium avocados, pitted, peeled, and sliced into ½-in. wedges
How To Make avocado fries

1Preheat oven to 450

2Put flour in one bowl, eggs in another bowl, and panko in another bowl

3Coat avocado slices in the flour, then eggs, then panko
-
4Spread on a cooling rack that has been sprayed with non-stick spray

5Place cooling rack on a cookie sheet

6Spray the top of the wedges with olive oil or butter flavored cooking spray and sprinkle with salt

7Bake for about 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown
