Ingredients For asian stir-fried squash

1 lgyellow squash
- MY SQUASH WAS REALLY LARGE. IF YOURS ARE SMALLER USE 2 SQUASHES.

1 Tbsplite soy sauce

2 Tbspsesame oil

1/2 tspground ginger

1/2 tspgarlic powder
How To Make asian stir-fried squash

1Slice squash into 1/4 inch pieces. NOTE: my squash was really large so I quartered the slice to make the pieces bite-sized.

2Place oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger into a skillet or wok. Stir to mix well.

3Heat over medium.

4When oil is hot, add squash pieces to skillet. Stir to coat with oil mixture.

5Cook stirring frequently until squash is tender-crisp about 7 minutes.
