1 Tbsppeanut oil

8 ozcountry smoked sausage, sliced

1 smred onion, sliced
-
1 smgreen pepper, sliced

4garlic cloves, chopped
-
1 tspginger, minced
-
1/2-1 tspred pepper flakes
-
1head green cabbage, sliced
-
1 1/2 tsptoasted sesame oil

1/4 ccup soy sauce
-
1 Tbspfish sauce
How To Make asian stir-fried cabbage & country smoked sausage

1Add peanut oil to a large medium high heated skillet, fry sausage golden brown for 2 minutes on both sides.

2Add onion, green pepper, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir fry until onion is translucent.

3Add cabbage to skillet. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for an additional minute or so.
