- PEANUT GINGER DRESSING

2 Tbsprice vinegar

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbsplime juice

1 Tbspgrated ginger or ginger paste

2 tspsesame oil

1/2 ccreamy peanut butter

1 - 2 Tbspmirin or honey

8 cshredded green and red cabbage

2 mdcarrots, peeled and julienned

1red bell pepper, julienned

1/2 cchopped cilantro

3 Tbspsesame seeds
How To Make asian slaw

1To make the peanut ginger dressing, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. It may take several minutes to make it smooth.

2To make the Asian slaw, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl.

3Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until lightly browned and fragrant. Toss frequently so they do not burn. This takes 3-4 minutes. Immediately remove them from the heat.
