1/4 csesame oil

3 Tbsplight soy sauce

3 Tbsphoney
-
1 Tbspminced garlic

3 Tbsprice vinegar

1/4 tspginger
-
3 cfinely julenned or shredded carrots

1 cfinely julienned green pepper

1 cwell-drained julienned beets
-
1/2 cgolden raisins
-
3 Tbspsesame seeds

1/2 cthinly shredded green onions
How To Make asian raisin spring veggie salad

1In a medium bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, vinegar and ginger. Set aside.

2Place the carrots,pepper and raisins in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely and microwave on high for aout 3-4 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender.

3Add the drained beets and 1/4 C of the green onions to the veggies, then drizzle with half of the dressing. Sprinkle with 2 T sesame seeds and toss well, adding a little more dressing to cover well.

4Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 3 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds and green onions
