Ingredients For asian cabbage salad

4 cfinely shredded cabbage

1/3 ccarrot, shredded

2 Tbsprice vinegar

1 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspsesame oil

1 Tbspbrown sugar, light

4 tspsoy sauce
-
toasted sesame seeds

almonds, sliced
-
green onions, chopped
How To Make asian cabbage salad

1Shred cabbage finely. I used savoy but you could use green, red or a combination for this salad. Add shredded carrots.

2In a large bowl stir together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil till well blended and sugar dissolves. I have also used apple cider vinegar and it works great too.

3Add cabbage and carrots and toss in dressing.Sprinkle with sesame seeds, almonds and green onions to taste.
