1 lgcan, whole, peeled tomatoes, reserve some juice

1 canartichoke hearts, drained

1 smsweet onion, chopped

1 tspbasil

2 tspsugar

salt and pepper to taste

1 cparmesan cheese, grated
How To Make artichoke and tomato bake

1Place tomatoes and artichokes in a baking dish. Pour reservexd juice over top. Saute onion in butter, then place i baking dish. Sprinkle with basil, sugar, salt and pepper and then cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
