Ingredients For alma's squash casserole

2 qtsliced yellow squash
-
1large onion sliced thin
-
2carrots, shredded thin
- COOK IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER TILL " ALMOST" TENDER AND DRAIN
- IN A SEPARATE BOWL ADD

2 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 csour cream
-
1/2 stickmargarine
- ADD VEGETABLES TO THIS MIXTURE

1sleeve of buttered ritz crackers
- POUR VEGETABLE AND SOUP MIXTURE INTO A GREASED 13X9 BAKING DISH
- TOP WITH BUTTERED RITZ CRACKERS (MELT 1 STICK OF MARGARINE AND CRUMBLE UP CRACKERS AND MIX WELL)
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES OR UNTIL BUBBLY FOR 30-35 MIN.
