1/2 tspmustard seed

1/2 tspcelery seed

6 csliced zucchini

2 cthinly sliced onion

How To Make 24 hour zucchini pickles

1In large stainless kettle, combine vinegar, sugar and spices. Heat until sugar has dissolved and mixture comes to a boil.

2Turn off heat and add zucchini, onions and salt. Put in jars or plastic containers and refrigerate up to a month.
