I came up with this while cutting up veggies for my spaghetti sauce. I thought it would a great way to use up the extra ingredients I had left over from cutting up the veggies for my home made spaghetti sauce.

Ingredients For zucchini saute'

  • 1 lg
    zucchini, sliced and chopped
  • 1/2 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 6 lg
    button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    italian salad dressing seasoning
  • 2 pinch
    fresh ground black pepper
  • 3 pinch
    fresh grated parmesan cheese

How To Make zucchini saute'

  • 1
    Place butter and olive oil in skillet on medium high heat to melt butter, lower temp to med.
  • 2
    Add veggies and seasonings and saute’ until soft and tender 5-10 minutes or longer depending how soft you like your veggies.

    Add parmesan cheese right before serving.
