    rytabagas, peeled, cooked and mashed
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter

How To Make whipped rutabagas au gratin

    Beat rutabagas, butter, sugar and eggs together. Turn into greased casserole. Top with crumbs and melted butter. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 50-60 minutes. Until lightly browned. Makes 8 servings.
