vegetarian chili for one
My whole family loves chili, but sometimes I want Chili and they don't. This is just the recipe I came up with. Yummy. Let me know what you think of this recipe.

Ingredients For vegetarian chili for one

1/2 ccanned tomatoes with green chilies and onion

1/4 ctomato sauce

1/2 cfrozen vege crumbles ( like corn, and celery )

1/3 cred kidney beans

1 tspchili pwder
-
1/4 tspcumin
-
1/4 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspsugar
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
pinch of cayenne pepper
-
shredded chedder or monterey jack cheese
How To Make vegetarian chili for one

1Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe dish for 2 1/2 minutes.

2Sprinkle on cheese and cover dish for 1 minute .

3Add your favorite topping sour cream, chopped red onion
