vegetarian chili for one

My whole family loves chili, but sometimes I want Chili and they don't. This is just the recipe I came up with. Yummy. Let me know what you think of this recipe.

Ingredients For vegetarian chili for one

  • 1/2 c
    canned tomatoes with green chilies and onion
  • 1/4 c
    tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c
    frozen vege crumbles ( like corn, and celery )
  • 1/3 c
    red kidney beans
  • 1 tsp
    chili pwder
  • 1/4 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • shredded chedder or monterey jack cheese

How To Make vegetarian chili for one

    Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe dish for 2 1/2 minutes.

    Sprinkle on cheese and cover dish for 1 minute .

    Add your favorite topping sour cream, chopped red onion

    You can find the frozen crumbles in the frozen food section
