Ingredients For vanilla/ginger cole slaw

5 cshredded chinese cabbage

16 ozpkg. broccoli coleslaw

1/2 cgranulated sugar
-
1/3 cseasoned rice wine vinegar

1/3 colive oil
-
2 tsppure vanilla extract

1 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 tspground ginger
-
1/4 tspground red pepper and table salt

1/2 tspsesame seeds, optional
How To Make vanilla/ginger cole slaw

1Place cabbage and broccoli slaw in a large bowl and mix to blend. Set aside.

2Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl, whisk well to blend. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.

3Refrigerate until ready to serve..Toss again before serving..Enjoy the crunch..
