I got this easy to make stuffed pepper recipe from my brother. I thought it tasted so good, and it's so easy to make!

Ingredients For stuffed pepper casserole

2 cherb-seasoned stuffing mix

1/2 cherb-seasoned stuffing mix

1 Tbspmelted butter

1 lblean ground beef or ground turkey

1onion, chopped

114.5 oz can whole peeled tomatoes, cut up

18 oz can corn, drained

2 lggreen bell peppers, cut lengthwise into quarters
How To Make stuffed pepper casserole

1Heat oven to 400. In bowl, stir together 1/4 cup stuffing mix and butter. In lg skillet, over medium-high heat, Cook beef and onion until beef is browned.

2If using ground beef, drain any fat from skillet. Stir in tomatoes and corn. Stir in remaining stuffing mix. Arrange peppers, cut-side up in shallow casserole dish.

3Spoon beef mix into peppers. Sprinkle the top w/ reserved stuffing mix. Cover, bake 25 mins. Uncover, bake 5 mis.
