Ingredients For stuffed mini portobello mushrooms

1 pkgportobello mushrooms

1/2 cpanko bread crumbs

1/2 smonion, diced
-
3 clovegarlic, diced
-
3 Tbspbutter
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
1 Tbspparsley, chopped
-
salt/pepper to taste
-
1 tspwhite truffle oil
How To Make stuffed mini portobello mushrooms

1Remove stems from the Mushrooms, clean each mushroom with a damp paper towel.

2In a small skillet, add butter, olive oil, onions, garlic...sauté about 5 mins...then add in the panko, parmesan, salt, pepper & parsley...stir together 5 mins

3stuff each mushroom with the filling, bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for 30 mins.

4drizzle warm mushrooms with the white truffle oil.
