Ingredients For stuffed mini portobello mushrooms

  • 1 pkg
    portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 sm
    onion, diced
  • 3 clove
    garlic, diced
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp
    white truffle oil

How To Make stuffed mini portobello mushrooms

    Remove stems from the Mushrooms, clean each mushroom with a damp paper towel.

    In a small skillet, add butter, olive oil, onions, garlic...sauté about 5 mins...then add in the panko, parmesan, salt, pepper & parsley...stir together 5 mins

    stuff each mushroom with the filling, bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for 30 mins.

    drizzle warm mushrooms with the white truffle oil.
