Ingredients For stir-fried bok choi

  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 1/2 lb
    bok choi
  • 1 Tbsp
    light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt (do not use if using regular soy sauce)
  • 2 Tbsp
    chicken stock
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, minced

How To Make stir-fried bok choi

  • 1
    Heat a wok or large skillet over moderat heat. Add teh oil and then the bok choi. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add garlic and stir fry 4 minutes more.

    Add the soy sauce, salt, and chicken stock. continue to stir-fry for a few more minutes until heated through. It should be done, but slightly crisp.
