2 cantomatoes, canned italian-style and diced

1/2 Tbspolive oil

1 mdonion small diced
-
1 mdgreen pepper finely diced

1/8 cminced garlic
-
1/4 csugar
-
2 cseasoned croutons
How To Make stewed tomatoes

1Chop onions,green pepper,and garlic. Sautee in olive oil until tender.

2Put the onions,green peppers,garlic and tomatoes in a two quart sauce pan and add sugar, simmer for 10 minutes.

3Turn off and stir in croutans and serve.
