Ingredients For stewed tomatoes

  • 2 can
    tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 md
    onion small diced
  • 1 md
    green pepper finely diced
  • 1/8 c
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    seasoned croutons

How To Make stewed tomatoes

  • 1
    Chop onions,green pepper,and garlic. Sautee in olive oil until tender.
  • 2
    Put the onions,green peppers,garlic and tomatoes in a two quart sauce pan and add sugar, simmer for 10 minutes.

    Turn off and stir in croutans and serve.
