Ingredients For stewed tomato casserole

  • 1 lg
    can stewed tomatoes pureed
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh basil chopped
  • 3 slice
    bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make stewed tomato casserole

  • 1
    Mix tomatoes basil bacon and sugar together.
  • 2
    Spray a casserole dish and put 1/2 cup panko in the bottom. Pour the tomato mixture over top. Top with the remaining bread crumbs. Cut the butter into 8 pieces and scatter over the top

    Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
