Very simple recipe, but I love the addition of tarragon. From Cooking Light.

Ingredients For steamed sugar snap peas

  • 3 c
    sugar snap peas, fresh
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh tarragon or fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper, freshly ground

How To Make steamed sugar snap peas

  • 1
    Steam peas 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
  • 2
    Combine peas, tarragon or mint, butter, salt, and pepper; toss well.
