    frozen corn, thawed
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, cubed
  • 2/3 c
    shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream or half and half
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • dash
    cayenne pepper, optional
