Ingredients For slow cooker brussels sprouts

  • 1 lb
    brussels sprouts
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    water

How To Make slow cooker brussels sprouts

  • 1
    Use a 2 quart slow cooker. Wash and trim the ends off each brussels sprout, and cut in half. Toss into the slow cooker.
  • 2
    Add butter, mustard, salt, pepper, and water.

    Cover and cook on low for 4 - 5 hours. Stir well to distribute the sauce before serving. The sprouts on the edge get brown and a bit crispy on the outer edge.
