I got this recipe from a special cousin of mine years ago.

Ingredients For simple zucchini

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2
    red onion
  • 3 md
    zucchini
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make simple zucchini

    Put Olive Oil in skillet add Onion and Zucchini.

    Cook until your desired tenderness. Top with cheese until it melts and serve.
