My aunt gave me this recipe many years ago. It is so quick to put together and is delicious with barbeque, cold meats, etc. Absolutely great to take on picnics!

Ingredients For scandinavian bean salad

1/2 bunchcelery, chopped

1 mdgreen pepper, chopped

1 smwhite onions, chopped

1 lgcan chopped pimento

1 canbean sprouts, drained

1 canfrench cut green beans, drained
- DRESSING:

1 csugar
-
1 cvinegar (white or apple cider)

1/2 csalad oil
-
2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppaprika
How To Make scandinavian bean salad

1Mix chopped vegetables, bean sprouts, and green beans. Place in a container with a lid.

2Mix dressing ingredients together in a jar. Shake well and pour over vegetables.

3Marinate in refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving. This will keep 2 weeks or more in refrigerator.
