sautéed okra
A lot of people do not like the "slimy" okra. If you rinse this well then cook as directed it come out moist, caramelized and not slimy. It will slime up as it cooks but it will cook out. I think the only thing to make this better would be the addition of some diced up bacon.

1 lbokra, fresh sliced in rounds

3 clovegarlic minced

2serrano chili peppers seeded and diced

2 Tbspavocado oil

2 Tbspcoconut oil

1/4 cdry vermouth

salt and pepper
How To Make sautéed okra

1Clean, slice and rinse okra well

2Add oil to skillet, add garlic and cook to flavor oil

3Add okra and Serrano pepper, sauté until it starts to carmelize

4Salt and pepper to taste

5Add vermouth cook until liquid has absorbed
