Ingredients For sauteed mushrooms

  • 2 lb
    mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    cabernet sauvignon
  • 2 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • fresh herbs minced, any herb of your choice

How To Make sauteed mushrooms

  • 1
    Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until browned.

    Add red wine and simmer.

    Serve hot.
