Ingredients For roasted cauliflower

  • 1
    head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    sliced almonds
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    finely grated parmesan cheese

How To Make roasted cauliflower

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. On prepared pan, , gently toss together cauliflower, oil, salt, lemon zest and pepper until combined. Bake 20 minutes, stir in almonds and lemon juice. Bake 5 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
