I got this off Pinterest, but could not save it to Just a pinch. My husband loved it! We will be making it often. I will post a picture next time I make it!

Ingredients For roasted cabage steaks

2 lb1 small head of cabbage

1 1/2 Tbspolive oil

2 to 3 clovegarlic, smashed

kosher salt

ground black pepper
How To Make roasted cabage steaks

1Preheat oven t 400 and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray (I put foil on sheet to make clean up easy)

2Pull outer leaf off cabbage and cut cabbage from top to bottom(the root) into 1"thick slices

3Mix garlic with olive oil in small bowl and spread over both sides of garlic slices with a pastry brush and sprinkle with salt and pepper

4Roast on middle rack for 30 minutes then flip cabbage over and roast additional 30 minutes - edges will be brown and crispy.

5Serve hot!
