How To Make refrigerator salad in mason jar

  • 1
Wash all fruits and veggies in white vinegar and water solution. Soak for 10 minutes and rinse.
  • 2
Peel all skin from any non organic fruit or vegetable.
  • 3
Dice, slice and remove seeds from various fruit and veggie combos.
  • 4
Add all in Mason jar. Order doesn't matter. I added Braggs Raw Apple Cider Vinegar and then a little seasoning, veggie, fruit and shake.
  • 5
When ready to serve you can shake contents of jar. Add other seasonings or toppings. I just squeeze the lemon and when I have it some EVOO.
