Ingredients For red beets in sour cream

  • 1 - 15 oz. can
    sliced red beets, drained
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    onion, minced or thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp
    red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make red beets in sour cream

    Combine all ingredients. Top with fresh parsley and serve over leafy greens.
