Ingredients For pumpkin souffle

2 ccooked pumpkin or canned

1/3 cheavy cream

3 Tbspmelted butter

2 lgeggs beaten

1 tspvanilla

1/2 csugar

2 Tbspflour
-
1 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspeach ground cloves and nutmeg
- TOPPING

1 cvanilla wafer cookies ground

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/2 stickbutter melted
How To Make pumpkin souffle

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except topping ingredients together and place in a greased casserole pan.

2Bake for 30 minutes or until set up. Ground the cookies in a food processor and add the brown sugar and butter. Spoon over top of casserole. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
