Ingredients For polenta caprese

1 cyellow corn meal

3 cwater

1tomato, seeded and diced

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded

1 bunchbasil, shredded

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make polenta caprese

1Bring to a boil, water with salt, pepper, butter and corn meal.

2simmer about 15 minutes , stirring often.

3add in the tomatoes, basil & cheese, stir till all incorporated.

4pour into a cookie sheet and smooth out...let cool, till harden...about 30 min in fridge.
