Ingredients For pickled green beans

  • 2 can
    green beans--drained
  • 2
    onions--thinly sliced and ringed
  • MARINADE
  • 1 c
    vinegar
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make pickled green beans

  • 1
    I a serving bowl, place 1 can of beans. Add one half of the onion slices. Next place other can of beans then other half of onions.
  • 2
    Mix the marinade ingredients together then pour over the beans and onions. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
