Ingredients For mashed potato casserole

  • 10-12
    potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • paprika

How To Make mashed potato casserole

  • 1
    Beat cream cheese with half and half. Add potatoes and beat well. Add other ingredients, except melted butter and paprika and beat well.

    Place in a buttered casserole. Brush top with melted butter. Sprinkle top with paprika.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
