Ingredients For margie's garbanzo bean salad

4 cangarbanzo beans....in water and salt

1 mdtomato, seeded
-
1 mdcucumber, seeded
-
1 smred onion, diced
-
3garlic cloves, smashed
-
1 canblack olives, small
-
1/2 colive oil
-
3limes, juiced
-
1/2 ccilantro, chopped

salt and pepper
How To Make margie's garbanzo bean salad
-
1in a large bowl, place garbanzo beans ( drained and rinsed)...start smashing with the olive oil.

2add the smashed garlic cloves, keep smashing until you have half of all the garbanzo smashed.

3add in the rest of the ingredients and combine well. salt and pepper to taste...best if chilled a few hours or over night....ENJOY....delicious.
