Fresh is the best. Most people love green beans out of a can...but fresh is so much healthier, tastier and just as easy to prepare! Coconut oil, ginger, honey and lime add a wonderful taste. Super healthy and tasty.

Ingredients For honeyed green beans with fried ginger

1/2 lbfresh green beans

1 tspcoconut oil

2 Tbspgrated ginger

pinchsalt

1 Tbsphoney

1 Tbsplime juice
How To Make honeyed green beans with fried ginger

1Wash beans. Cut both ends off.

2Boil beans in water for 7 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.

3Melt coconut oil in same pot. Saute ginger for about 30 seconds, stirring often.

4Turn off heat. Add green beans and honey to pan. Stir together with pinch of salt.

5Prior to serving, top with lime juice.
