Love carrots anyway they're served. Everyone enjoyed these ones today, and asked if I can make them again for Easter...so easy and tasty... Enjoy!

Ingredients For ~ honey glazed carrot medallions ~

  • 1 lb
    carrots, cleaned and sliced about 1/4 inch thick - or can use baby whole carrots - microwave, boil or steam until tender
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • salt
    & pepper to taste
  • 1/3 c
    honey

How To Make ~ honey glazed carrot medallions ~

    Cook your carrots - your desired method. In a saucepan melt butter and stir in remaining ingredients. Heat until butter is melted and mixture is heated through. When carrots are cooked, place in serving bowl and spoon sauce over the carrots. 'Serve hot and enjoy!
