This was a great app for our cookout this past weekend. Started off with grill on low cooked this baby up in minutes. Everybody got to enjoy while the burgers and sausages were cooking.

Ingredients For grilled bruschetta flatbread

  • 1
    dough ball rolled out to flatbread
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • 1 lg
    tomato chopped
  • 1 md
    red onion chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic grated
  • 3 Tbsp
    italian dressing

How To Make grilled bruschetta flatbread

    Combine all Your chopped veggies in a bowl add Your dressing and grated garlic, mix and set aside till ready to use.

    Place Your rolled flatbread out on very low grill. Grill for a few minutes till starting to crisp. Flip over. Brush with olive oil and pepper,add bowl of marinating veggies sprinkle with parm. Shut lid and cook for another few minutes checking bottom making sure it dont burn. Take off grill and cut in squares and serve!!! Be creative and add what You like!!
